We can help steer you in the right direction!
Not sure how to register for classes at Kwantlen? Course Planning 101 is a free two-hour workshop designed to make your transition into university life as smooth as possible. Our workshops will teach you about:
- First year course planning
- Registration "how-to's"
- Tips for university success
Who should attend?
Course Planning 101 is designed primarily for Arts, Business and Science students in open access programs. Students in selective entry programs (such as Trades, Community and Health Studies (Nursing), Engineering, Music and Fashion and Design) may find that it does not give them the specific program information that they need. Those students are encouraged to book an appointment with an educational advisor or attend a program-specific information session.

Surrey Campus
Saturday, June 2 10 am - 12 pm
Saturday, June 9 10 am - 12 pm
Saturday, June 9 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Langley Campus
Tuesday, June 5 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Richmond Campus
Richmond students are invited to attend a workshop at the Surrey or Langley campus due to campus renovations.

Parents Information Sessions Available!
Parents are encouraged to attend a concurrent university information session. Student Services representatives will be on-hand to provide parents with their very own information session covering the essentials of:
- Course Planning and Registration
- Financial Assistance, Awards and Student Loans
- University Life
- Career Planning
Campus Tours
We are pleased to partner with the Office of New Student Programs who will be providing 45 minute campus tours at all of our sessions.
