Roomrent can suggest various types of setups for both of our Conference centres. We have different types of layouts depending on the size of your event. We will also assist you with questions you may have about parking and catering of your events.

Reminder: If you you have requested a room setup and need to cancel your event in the conference centre, please notify facilities@kwantlen.ca to cancel this setup.
