Where to Pay
When you are ready to pay, there are several places you can go, both in person, and electronically to pay.
At any campus:
Cloverdale Campus (Cloverdale Main, room 1110, 5500 – 180 Street, Surrey, BC)
Langley Campus (Langley West, room 1305, 20901 Langley ByPass, Langley, BC)
Richmond Campus (Richmond Main, room 1505, 8771 Lansdowne Rd., Richmond, BC)
Surrey (Surrey Main, room C1910, 12666-72 Avenue, Surrey, BC)Payment does not need to be made at the campus where student will be attending. Queues and wait times will be long around fee payment deadlines during which other methods of payment may be preferable.
- In-person through the Student Services Specialists:
Students must provide photo identification when making a payment in person. Third party payments cannot be made at the cashier. Registration deposit payments made at the cashier are normally processed within 1-2 business days.- Drop-box:
Payments are usually processed between 1-2 business days. Place your cheque, money order or bank draft with your name and student ID number in an envelope and place it in the drop box located in the Student Enrolment Services area at the Langley, Richmond or Surrey campuses.

Through personal banking options:
- On-line banking
Payments are usually processed between 2-3 business days.- Telephone banking
Payments are usually processed between 2-3 business days.
Through myKwantlen:
Depending on what fees are being paid, navigation through Online Self-Service in myKwantlen will differ slightly:
- Commitment Fees
Select "Pay your commitment fee" from the Admission menu- Registration Deposits
Select "Pay your registration deposit" from the Registration menu- Registration Fees and Tuition
This includes Tuition, Student Association fees and other registration related fees, etc. Select "Pay your registration fees and tuition" from the Registration menu
